Who we are
Pro Production Events operates this event-management platform for planning weddings, corporate events and productions. This policy explains what we collect from workspace owners, their team members, their clients and event guests, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account data — name, work email, mobile number and password (stored only as a salted hash, never in plain text).
- Business data — clients, leads, events, quotations, GST invoices, payments, expenses, vendors, tasks and documents you enter.
- Guest data — name, phone, email, party size and RSVP or check-in status, submitted by you or by guests through an event registration link.
- Employee data — role, availability, pay rate, attendance, leave records and sign-in activity (device, time, method).
- Technical data — sign-in logs, trusted device identifiers and basic error diagnostics needed to keep the service secure.
How we use it
Only to run the service you asked for: showing your workspace, generating invoices and reports, sending call sheets and reminders you trigger, checking guests in, and securing accounts. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use client or guest data for advertising.
Who can see it
Each workspace is isolated at the database level. Members see only the modules their workspace admin has enabled for them, enforced server-side — not just hidden in the interface. Public links (guest registration, gallery share, client portal, invoice view) expose only the single event, album, client or document that link is for.
Storage, security and backups
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS everywhere) and at rest. Access is controlled by row-level security policies on every table. Automated daily backups are retained by our hosting provider so data can be restored after an incident.
Retention
Business records are kept for as long as your workspace is active, and afterwards only as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires for invoices and payments. Guest lists can be deleted by the workspace owner at any time from the guest module.
Your rights
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time. Workspace owners can export most records from the app directly (CSV, Excel or PDF). For anything else, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only essential storage — a session token to keep you signed in and, if you opt in, a trusted-device token for staff sign-in. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
